About us
Locking Wheel Nut Removal North East provides mobile locking wheel nut removal and related services across North East England. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and callouts
Booking requests made by phone or through our online form are requests for an appointment, not a guaranteed time slot until we've confirmed it with you directly. We'll always aim to confirm your appointment as quickly as possible, and to let you know as soon as we can if we're running early or late.
Pricing and payment
Where possible, we'll give you an indication of price before attending. A final price will be confirmed on-site once the technician has assessed the job, as the exact method required can vary depending on the condition of the locking nut. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Our damage-free approach
We use extraction methods designed to remove locking wheel nuts without damaging the alloy wheel, and achieve this in the large majority of cases. However, in some circumstances, for example, wheels with pre-existing damage, corrosion, or an unusually severe seizure, some marking or damage may be unavoidable. We'll always talk you through the situation before proceeding if we anticipate this.
Replacement parts
Where we supply and fit a replacement locking or standard wheel nut, standard consumer rights relating to the quality and fit of the part supplied apply.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a pre-booked appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
