What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you use our booking form or contact us by phone or email. This may include:

• Your name and contact details (phone number, email address)
• Your vehicle registration and the address where the vehicle is located
• Your preferred appointment date and time, and any notes you provide about the job

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you browse the site, such as pages visited and general location/device information, via cookies and analytics tools described below.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to booking requests and arrange callouts
• Contact you about your appointment
• Improve this website and understand how it's used
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Booking form and third-party processors

Our online booking form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which emails your submission to us. We recommend reviewing FormSubmit's own privacy policy for details of how they handle data in transit. We retain booking enquiries only for as long as needed to arrange and complete your appointment, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to run this site and, where you consent, to understand how visitors use it via analytics (such as Google Analytics). You'll see a cookie banner on your first visit allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and revisiting the site.

Essential cookies needed for the site to function do not require consent. Analytics cookies are only set once you've actively accepted them.
